My first Jin Shin Jyutsu session was so powerful that I instantly knew this was the path for me. Before I even realized I was on a path of healing, I had already begun learning about the flow of energy through the movement of water. My parents gifted me surfing at a young age and surfing became my deepest passion, and the ocean my teacher, revealing on a very tangible level how energy moves. I could see the currents with my eyes, I could feel them moving me, and I felt embraced and nurtured by the ocean. Surfing on land – riding a skateboard or a bike and even simply walking, the whole of my life turned into reading energy and surfing the currents. Going with the flow. Riding the waves of experience.
This has become my philosophy for healing. Find your flow, and ride your waves.
I was in my early 30’s when I received those first two Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions in Kaua’i. After I returned home to California, I began studying this beautiful art.
It has now been nearly two decades of learning, studying, and practicing energy healing. My love of Jin Shin Jyutsu continues to grow, with each session, and with each day. My life would not be the same without Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Knowing how to support my energetic needs and to balance my energies is one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had in my life and I continue to enjoy it every day with my practice of self-care.
